If you do not receive a response from the author within 48 hours, please contact our support team, and we will assist you in getting in touch with the author.

To help you resolve common issues quickly, here are some resources for addressing typical problems:

• Fonts not displaying properly (glyphs, swirls, flourishes missing)

Refund Policy

Given the nature of digital products, refunds are subject to stricter guidelines. Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

• There is a technical issue with the item that the author cannot resolve, or
• The item was misrepresented in its description.

In such cases, a refund of 70% of the purchase amount will be provided, with the remaining 30% retained as a processing fee.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

• You or your client no longer need the purchased item.
• You found another item you prefer or changed your mind after purchasing.
• You do not have the required skills or expertise to use the item.
• You do not have the correct software to open or edit the item.
• You failed to meet the item’s specific requirements.
• You purchased the item by accident.

All refund requests are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of BDRENTALHOUSE, and we reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our refund criteria.

Common Issues and Solutions

1. File Won’t Open in My Program

Ensure the file is unzipped first, as all BDRENTALHOUSE items are downloaded in ZIP format. If you're unfamiliar with how to unzip files, you can find help here: Windows | Mac.

If the file is already unzipped but still won’t open, ensure you're using the correct program. Here are common file types and their respective programs:

• AI, EPS – Adobe Illustrator
• INDD – Adobe InDesign
• PSD – Adobe Photoshop
• DOC, DOCX – Microsoft Word
• PPT, PPTX – Microsoft PowerPoint
• KEYNOTE – Keynote (for Mac)
• OTF, TTF – Fonts, installable on all computers

2. I Don’t Have the Program Required for the Item

If you don’t have the necessary software, you can download a free 30-day trial of Adobe programs here.

3. Fonts Not Displaying Glyphs/Swirls/Flourishes

Some fonts require advanced graphic programs to fully display special characters. Programs like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign are better equipped to handle these features, while Microsoft Word or PowerPoint may not support them properly.

4. Item Isn’t Working as Expected

If you’re experiencing a technical issue, contact the author directly through the item’s profile page or comment section. Authors are typically able to resolve 90% of technical issues.

5. Item Appears to Be Low Quality

Check if the item folder includes multiple versions of the file. Authors sometimes include both high-quality files (e.g., EPS/AI formats for scalable graphics) and lower-resolution preview versions.

6. WordPress Installation Errors

If you encounter installation errors, it could be due to:

• Trying to install the theme on WordPress.com instead of a self-hosted WordPress site.
• Missing or incorrectly named style.css files. Check the folder structure and direct the software to the correct stylesheet.

7. ZIP File Won’t Unzip or Is Corrupted

If you’re having trouble unzipping the file, check the file size. If your downloaded file is smaller than the original, the download may have been incomplete. Try downloading again, and consider using a download manager to avoid errors.
